OK. While working on this one I came across the eBook ISBN and put it in the ISBN field. (Which technically works nice this way.) But this is in no way complete. This one is probably for the Amazon Kindle version. I do not know if different formats would get other ISBNs. hmmm, that's not what i had in mind. i've now changed the BOOKEDITION template to allow ebooks (code E please) and also the ISBN page to link directly into ebook vendors of various formats.
main ebook formats are Kindle (Amazon), Nook (Barnes&Noble), iBook (Apple) and ePub (open standards). luckily, the ISBN is the same for all eBook formats. Note that for ebooks we must use 13-digit ISBN numbers (not the old 10-digit numbers).
