- ध्यान का अर्थ है, इस क्षण में होना, इस क्षण के पार न जाना।... ध्यान कोई अलग से प्रक्रिया नहीं है। ध्यान जीवन को होशपूर्वक जीने की विधि का नाम है। ध्यान कोई ऐसी बात नहीं कि चैबीस घंटे में एक घंटा निकालकर आप बैठें और कर लें। क्योंकि तेईस घंटे गैर-ध्यान हो और एक घंटा ध्यान हो तो गैर-ध्यान जीतेगा, ध्यान नहीं जीत सकता। तेईस घंटे मूच्र्छा हो और एक घंटा अगर अमूच्र्छा का प्रयोग हो, तो आप कभी बुद्धत्व को उपलब्ध न हो सकेंगें। यह एक घंटा कैसे जीतेगा तेईस घंटे पर ?
