TOC below is that of the 2012 OMI edition. (That edition btw may not have been 2001, since i don't believe OMI existed that early. Perhaps 2001 applies to the other Rebel edition shown above.)

In any case, this TOC does not correspond well to that of And Now, And Here, so either chapter orders are different or liberties have been taken with translating their titles. In particular, "I Teach Death" is the title of ch 7 in the English book and ch 9 here. No other correspondence could be seen among other chapter titles in any order, using G**gle translator, admittedly not very intuitive or flowing.
